Woke up early this morning with super sleepy eyes. Late nights are killing me!

I realised i left all my medical documents with all the appt cards in office. Not to mention my SAF card needed to get free treatments. Anyway, i went straight to Changi Hospital for the checkup.

"Good morning, can you do me a favour? You see, i left both my medical documents and 11-B (SAF Card) in the office. Is there anything i can do to still have my checkup done today? *winkz winkz*"

The nurses were dumbfounded.

*up voltage by 300V - winkz wink winkz*

Nurse: "oh sure. no prob. may i know ur IC no.? we usually key in the data if you made ur appt. *wide grinz* here you go, pls proceed to room five and wait for your turn."

"oh thank you very much. You have done me a great favour. Tks tks"

So in the end, i got my medical checkup without any appt cards or my 11 B. =)
Today, i shall hunt down the notorious-always-missing-in-action-mysterious-drink-of-the-century, the avocado milkshake. First things first, i will be going down to Chinatown to get my gun. Oops, im late!
