I've been harrassed by two punks recently. They have persistently vandalised my car and caused me tremendous mental distress. I've subsequently filed a report to the local authorities and provided the necessary details for them to sketch out the suspects. They are wanted by the authorities and they put up a reward of a penny for their arrest.
