Boxing

Step-in, turn of hip and straigthen the right hand with the shoulder turned in. The most basic of punches - straight punch. When my left arm recovers, i'll train both arms inorder to utilise this basic finishing move after a nice one-two combo to the body. Right hand jabs, flick flick flick flick one-two one-two, left right hook, one-two one-two, OPENING CHANCETO!!! Stepin, turn hip, turn in shoulder PUNCH!!!
