Mission Impossible

My management module requires us to complete a video project (40% of grade) by october but my group has yet to even fix a meeting time slot for next week. It has only been two tutorials with them and i already have a rather deep impression of each team member. Let me list them out

1. Si liang - the only girl in the group. Rather quiet in the beginning, suspect she needs some warm up time. Don't expect any major trouble from her, will be a great contributor to the group

2. Marcus - self volunteer coordinator but has yet to show any urgency to the project. Been pretty laid back this guy and seems to me that he is more interested in joining a "hip"-ier group

3. Cao Ye - PRC who thinks his ideas are superior to others. Will step back if he thinks he cannot contribute but will go all out if he believes his idea will work. Attitude wise should be ok but i expect lots of convincing to be done in order to move along.

4. Kim - guy who wants to be unique, major trouble maker, non-contributor, main criticism/sarcasm. hope his aggression will drive us along.

5. Eugene - nice guy. Pretty sensisble (expect him to be since he is a yr 3). Don't expect any major troubles from him except schedule wise as he has two other projects on hand. Will get things sorted out lah

6. Yiren - MVP, most violent pig. only crap during meeting and laughs at senseless jokes. Major non-contributor, though his little efforts might help the group finish the project 2 minutes earlier.

Damn. mission impossible!
