It's the Yuletide Cheer

Happy Holiday Season to all. Those celebrating this festive season, enjoy the long weekend. =)

btw, i wrote a letter of complain to appleasia out of concern to let them in on what i have went through the past two weeks. Earlier on, i phoned the customer service again before sending the mail and they told me the same old story about waiting indefinitely. Yet within an hour of sending the email, i got the following response.
Hi Chen

Thank you for your email addressed to our Edward Fun.Ê I have rung and spoken with Wilson of QCD Technology and I can advise that the Logic Board, part noÊ661-3276 is now in stock and will be delivered following the Christmas break.

Please accept my sincere apologies that we were unable to have your PowerBook repaired and returned to you before the break.

Merry Christmas

This reflects very badly on the service centre. Were they trying to tell me that only when "informed" by upper management that things will get going? I'm rather disappointed by this whole affair. Thanks joel for the contacts. Looks like i wont be getting my powerbook anytime soon.

its beautiful today.
skies -- not a tinge of gray.
trees -- graceful in their sway.
flowers -- colourful and gay.
creatures -- they still come out to play.
will it make a difference, that someone has passed away?

haha, ok i know i'm not good. but just feelings on seeing the pic. it's just weird how everything looks so beautifully right and comforting, in a place where men lay, down from a conflict that's all wrong and hurting. :|

ok, i admit, i'm not very useful in commenting on your pics. sorry. :p

if you ask me, cemeteries are probably the most peaceful places. even old run down ones.

i'm glad to be of help. seems like apple is relying on other companies to service their products, which explains the snail service.
